The location was perfect and marvellous - adjacent to the festival and the sea. Also, such main attraction as Lincoln Theatre was 2 miles from this hotel. My room was brand-new and reasonably large and the view was beautiful. There were TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe provided.

The hotel is beautiful and fairly clean, nestled in a new building with good view of the sunset. It has a great location very close to the sea, Novalja and a steep hill.

The rooms here are really spacious and brand new, making you feel right at home. the breakfast is good too! Plus, there’s central heating, a safe for your laptop, and multi-channel TV for your entertainment. 😊.

Facilities were modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel had a great location, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. The pool was a nice addition, perfect for relaxing on hot afternoons. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our experience enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and inconsistent, and it disconnected a few times, which was frustrating. our room was on the higher floor and there was no elevator, so it was a bit tiring to climb up and down the stairs.

The location, close to the waterfront but not on it, was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from the owner personally picking me up from the ferry to delivering me to the bus terminal. The room was cozy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was impressive, with high-quality and abundant options.

The hotel was extremely quiet during my Christmas stay. . the lack of lively atmosphere made it difficult to fully enjoy the holiday season.

What a great value for the money! The room at House Novalia was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the swimming pool and comfy sun beds. The staff treated me with so much respect and care throughout my stay. Can't wait to come back!
